Chioma Akunwanne is a passionate educator, trainer, author, storyteller, and advocate for children’s development, as well as an entrepreneur dedicated to advancing excellence in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Chioma also founded C’s Learning Lounge, a company that provides training, coaching, and staffing solutions for early childhood programs and private schools across Georgia. She is an expert in early childhood education, with over a decade of experience in the field.
Chioma earned a master’s degree in early childhood education with a focus on Administration, Management, and Leadership, as well as an Education Specialist Degree in Early Childhood Education, and multiple certificates in Child Development. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Education, with a dissertation focus on Exploring the Challenges and Support Needs for Implementing Trauma-Informed Care in Early Childhood Programs.
Throughout her career, Chioma has worked as a public, private, and childcare educator, as well as holding leadership positions such as school principal, Head of School, and Childcare Director, where she provided individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of each client.
